David's career spans executive ministry leadership, organizational consulting, and law enforcement — giving him a rare ability to address both the operational and human dimensions of crisis.

David has spent more than 30 years serving as a senior pastor, founder, executive director, network builder, and board advisor. He is the Founder and President of Relational Church Network, served as Executive Director of New Life Church Network, and helped launch and build Gateway Church Network.

Across both ministry and business environments, David has led and advised organizations facing leadership failure, ethical breaches, financial disruption, governance breakdown, reputational damage, and large-scale organizational change.

David began his career with the Dallas Police Department, serving ten years as a police officer and four years as an Organized Crime Detective. In those roles, he developed deep expertise in behavioral assessment, investigative analysis, and crisis decision-making under intense pressure.
